It's Official

I'm going to DC, with my fat dog and black cat in tow. Sadly I'll probably have to find a home for my other 2 cats, Phillip and Naboo. This breaks my heart but I have to they'll end up running off the minute we arrive. So if you know of any people looking to adopt some cats I've got two house-broken somewhat loveable cats. 

So school started up again this week, and my god I am exhausted. It's not the work load it's the 'getting use to the new sleep schedule' that's killing me. It's to the point where by 2 pm everyday I have a really bad migraine, that if I apply pressure under my eyes it FRICKEN hurts. And then I'm torturing myself by not allowing for naps. This way I can get use to getting to bed at a good time. I don't let myself go to sleep til after 9 so I can be up at 7 the next day. UGH... But I'll get use to it eventually I suppose.

Tamales Tamales Tamales

Today I went over to my Aunt's house for our annual Tamale making party. It's a tradition of ours. Every year we get together on December 23 to prepare the tamales for our Christmas eve feast. It is an all day process and very tiring. It's typically a girl thing but in recent years my cousins and my brother have been joining us in making tamales due to our shortage in women. Yes we have a shortage in women. I blame the 11 year age gap between my female cousins and I.

But anyway I succeeded in making the Masa float, 2 other hands tried but mine succeeded. My back hurts now.

OH THE HORROR!!

I went all day without internet access. My mom wanted my brother and I to clean and to insure we did, she took the router with her to work. She worked until 9 pm today. So I then proceeded to play Wii, The Sims 3, and watch the telly for a bit. I then got bored and decided to clean. My mother is rather brilliant.
