For the 2 months I failed to blog.

Hi there. Yup, I did it again. But I'm owning up to it. So i fell off the wagon right away, but really people who has the time? I've got a bigillion other things to do, like school, and riding the bus for hours at a time. And watching Being Human on Syfy. Seriously, busy.

Now I have the gruesome task of having to fill you in on the past two months. Well, not so gruesome since I don't necessarily need to keep blogging (I do have a choice when it comes to these matters you know). I left off with telling you I was packing. Well, I was packing to move (yet again), but this time to my dad's house in Fountain Valley. I've been here since 2 days after my last post...so um about 8 weeks. And it's working out pretty well.

I also started school, which by the way is awesome. You have no idea how much I missed school, it's ridiculous. I never recommend taking a semester off, ever. I mean i you need a break or something, just plan your mental breakdowns around a long weekend and you should be fine.
But anyways, I'm taking Math, Pilates and Stage Makeup. Math is alright, same old same old, that whole deal. Pilates, OMG I feel like I'm doing nothing but laying down and just moving a little in that class, but I swear somehow it kicks my ass and I feel super sore the next day. Now, Stage Makeup, that is for another blog another day. Let's just say I love it.

I think that's all that really happened.

P.S. Almost forgot to mention that I got a haircut. It's short.

When is a blog post considered a blog post?

Probably when it contains at least a paragraph. Cause, then it's just a lost Tweet.

So this month the web (well not the entire web, just a group of people really.)is a buzzin' with "Blog everyday in August". Really? Just a month? Well I shouldn't be one to talk sometimes I just post a sentence and call it a blog. Most of the people participating in this are at least posting like 6 paragraphs a post. But these are people who have something to talk about.

I don't really have that much to talk about. I lead a pretty simple life that consists of having daily conversations with my cat and asking my dog whether we should watch Power Rangers or not.

Now your probably thinking, "Whoa Sophie, you just moved blog more about that." Well I would 'Only-reader I have', but Virginians just bring me down. Seriously if there was a contest for having the most boring and negative people in one place, Virginia would win. Hands Down.

Ok..Ok I'm being a being a bit mean and am not giving the state of Virginia enough credit..but COME ON! THEY DON'T HAVE A DECENT TACO PLACE ANYWHERE! That would bring anyone down.

And no reader, Taco Bell and Chipotle don't even count. I mean I love Chipotle and they're all over the place, but that's the white man's version of burritos..it's just inspired by Mexican food.

Also I'm just really depressed about my academic career coming to a screeching halt. I've never, since starting school back when I was two, been without school longer then 3 months and that was only because of summer vacation. I didn't take a short break after high school, like so many people my age, I jumped right into college. So this is just..KILLING ME!

So right now I'm just working and reading like crazy. I've already been through 5 books since June. It's the only thing keeping this Sophie sane. Also, I've made it a habit to make Natalie read every single book I'm reading just so I have someone to talk about it with..

I don't think watching this documentary on The Doors is helping any.

Welcome to the New Decade

So how was everyone's New Year's eve? Uneventful? Yes? Alrighty then.

About a year ago I started a blog. Yes a blog not this blog (I gotta a little too hyperactive and jumped around from site to site). And I said my New Year's resolution for 2009 was to write a blog for everyday of the year. Well 2009 is over and I only had 105 posts for all of last year 15 of which can be found here on this blog the other 90 can be found here.

But I am proud to say I did almost an entire months worth of blogs in December. Almost meaning I missed like 5 days. But now that I am in the habit of writing a blog for everyday (and have the proper technology to help me do so) I am going to have the very same resolution for this year.

This means more poems about pringles.
